Chloe Glispie-Gogins, LCSW
Chloe Glispie-Gogins, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Illinois and Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago. She also received her Master’s of Social Work with a focus in Psychoanalytic and Family Systems Therapy from the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice.
Chloe’s experience includes work with adolescents, adults, elderly, families & couples, in a range of settings - outpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, schools, hospitals, etc. She also has experience working with clients with various diagnoses included Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders.
Chloe uses a psychodynamic approach with focuses on talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for eating disorders and other eclectic forms of therapy tailored for client needs. She believes that clients are the experts of their experiences and that therapy should be a collaborative effort.
“Mizani” means balance in Swahili, which is the ultimate focus of therapy- for clients to feel balanced in their emotions, experiences and self-acceptance.
